As a consumer, I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention in the hopes of raising awareness and preventing similar incidents from happening to others, I leased a **** Focus from Rowe Special Credit, a dealership that sells and finances used cars. Soon after the purchase, I encountered multiple issues with the car, including difficulty starting and losing power when accelerating. After bringing the car to ****'s Auto Mechanic and Used Car Sales, I was informed that the car had transmission issues, and the transmission control module needed to be replaced, However, even after the replacement, the issue persisted, indicating that the replacement was not done correctly. Furthermore, the windshield fluid reservoir had a crack on the bottom and was missing a cap, which the dealership was reluctant to fix. The car's problems have caused significant frustration and concern for me., I only received the battery receipt almost a year after purchasing the car, after requesting it from ****'s buyback program.As a consumer, I believe it is important to receive accurate and complete mechanical records when purchasing a used car. These issues with the car, combined with the dealership's failure to provide these records, have caused me significant inconvenience and worry.I urge the BBB to investigate these issues thoroughly, as they pose a significant safety risk to drivers and passengers on the road. Your investigation should focus on both Rowe Special Credit and Public Auto Finance which they have a conflict, as both parties may be responsible for these issues.
