Had an engine oil change done at this place. However, the technician did not put the engine oil cap back on. Eventually caused the car to lose engine oil over some period of time. While, my daughter was driving the car on a highway, the vehicle lost almost all of the engine oil and it automatically shut down. Accordingly, the vehicle's power assisted function was down, and my daughter was under great danger by not being able to maneuver the vehicle. She was stop in the middle of the highway and was saved by a local police patrol car. The vehicle was towed into a local dealer. The dealership diagnosed the vehicle and have found out that the engine oil cap was never put back after the engine oil change done by OIL N GO.I have informed the incident to the manager on the floor in OIL N GO. They tried to denied to fact that they have caused the incident by not putting back the oil cap. I have contacted OIL N GO numerous times to get their response. So far, it has been more than 3 weeks passed, and no one ever responded to me.This place is not only incapable of providing the level of service that could satisfy customers, but also is very irresponsible in terms of their communication. I totally do not trust them, nor recommend to get service from this place. I am preparing my next step."
