    Less than 30 days after purchasing a vehicle, the check engine light came on. I called and talked to the salesman. I was taken in after a few months. A couple of days later the light came back on. I have been trying to get this repaired for going on about 9 months. I just got off the phone with ******, (salesman) and he told me that ****, (manager) will not give him an answer to getting this repaired. I have heard of others having this issue with K and R, but i didn't think it would happen to me, seeing they kept saying it was just the gas cap and wouldn't even try to replace it.

    I recently purchased one of K and R Autos more expensive vehicles. Once driving it off the lot I found water under the mats. I called the salesman, Rob, who told me I could bring it back for them to look into. The following day I returned the vehicle, I was told it was from detailing, which I said wasnt possible but we had different opinions. They reassured me they would clean it and made an appointment for me to return. I left the dealership and just before my driveway the dashboard lit up with warnings and the car was only operable in a low power mode. It was clear there was water damage. I called ****, the manager, who told me to drive the vehicle back. I requested returning the vehicle and taking back my SUV which did not have any issues, but was informed that ******* the owner was the only one to authorize that and he was out of town. I asked that he please get in touch with me because I was concerned about moving forward with this car. **** informed me he would absolutely speak to him and let me know. That never happened, I was given a loaner car of significantly less value and that was the beginning of K and R Auto Sales poor communication. I had a uncomfortable feeling communication would be an issue so I attempted to state my expectations from the start. Please keep me updated about what youre doing, or if parts are delayed. I would attempt to communicate every few days and would not get a response until I had to pushed for multiple days and even had my boyfriend call. They kept the car for 21 days, I requested the warranty start over; I hadnt even had the car for 24hrs before these issues. They told me the carpets were replaced and everything was fixed. I asked for itemization of everything they did, I did not get that. Now the warranty is almost up and the leak is back. I requested to be update with what was fixed so I could take the car elsewhere. My boyfriend also left a message and sent a text. Its been a week and we have had no response.
