Refund and Exchange PolicyThe business state they offers a limited warranty on used vehicles based on age, mileage, and condition. The company’s refund, exchange, and return policies are as follows: Parts Department-All returns must be accompanied by the invoice. The customer shall be limited to the warranties, if any, of the respective manufacturer of the property. Parts may be returned no later than five days from the date of sale, if in original condition. No returns are available on inner tubes, electrical items, or special orders. All returns are subject to a 20 percent handling and restocking fee. No cash refunds. Service Department-Service work is guaranteed for 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first. If the repair or replacement fails in normal service within that period, it will be fixed free of charge.
