I was in a hit and run accident on Friday May 12th 2023. This company towed my vehicle and instead of dropping it off at the collision place I wanted them to because it was after hours, they said to have it brought to their shop until Monday May 15th 2023 where they would deliver my car to the shop I wanted to work on my vehicle. The shop I had it towed to is a close friend of mine, and they had it locked up so no one could break in and steal anything. I was finally able to get a rental care Wednesday and go by to pick up my things and my irreplaceable sunglasses that I bought in *****, ******************'s, were missing from the driver side door where I always keep them. I went home to make sure that I did not take them home, since I was quite frazzled the night I almost died, they were not there. I went back to check my car a second time still not there. I asked my friend if he had seen them and he said there was nothing in the door when he checked the car when the tow truck dropped off my car. I went to the ****'s auto body shop today to speak with someone and make a complaint, and hopefully to retrieve my belongings with no luck. They proceeded to tell me my friend or someone that works fro him stole them, yet when I went on ****** and read the bad reviews someone else accused them of stealing money out of their vehicle.
