The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

On December 29, 2022, we paid the business $710.61 for an oven interface (price includes part and labor). The part was not in stock at first, but finally arrived and on April 17th, a technician came out to install. He informed ** after installing the part that the part was not causing the issue we were having with the oven. Since that visit, there was no follow up and they did not return our multiple calls. Another call to the business (on May 5th) said the business has shut down and may be under new ownership in late May/early June. Bottom line: we paid for a part and labor that didnt resolve our issue, with no resolution from the business.

This company is a scam, I would stay away.Would you be pleasant and nice on the phone after this company misdiagnosed your refrigerator and had to wait a total of 6 weeks before they repaired it.I made an appointment with ********** to have my refrigerator repaired, this company called about 3 hours later and said that they were going to be the company physically doing the repair and that the date doesnt work for them and pushed it out a week from the original date.When the technician finally came he misdiagnosed the refrigerator and said it was the compressor and I would have to wait 3 weeks for the specialist that installs them to get back from vacation.Finally when that technician came he said that it wasnt the compressor that it was only a relay switch. He had it replaced within 15 minutes and was gone. The refrigerator still is not working properly but at this point I am just going to buy a new one. If I were you I would say away from this company.
