    Put in a request for a service call for my fridge that was having problems cooling to the proper temperature. The tech who attempted to fix the fridge did not seem experienced at all on what he was doing and instead made the problem worse. On October 11th a tech came to look at it and said he found the problem and he would come back in a week with the part to fix it. Was told to remove everything from fridge prior to his arrival and leave fridge unplugged for 24 hours. Did as advised. Tech returned and opened up fridge and said he just realized that he ordered the wrong size part and he needed to come back again a 3rd time to attempt repair again once the correct part arrives. Was charged a $168 fee that I was told would be discounted from the final repair ****. Tech came back a week and a half later, started working on fridge and said he was unable to fix the fridge because he misdiagnosed the problem and the actual problem would be too costly to fix. My fridge which was originally only having a temperature problem, no longer works at all a result of whatever he did to it. The fridge will not even turn on or release water from the water line. I am requesting a full refund of the $168 fee I paid because the technician was not experienced in those type of repairs and as a result he misdiagnosed the problem, caused gross inconvenience of having to be without a working fridge for almost a month while he came back and forth with uncertainty of what or how to fix it, and lastly the fridge no longer works at all due to whatever he did to it. I have attached a copy of the cashed check for your reference.

    I purchased a used Frigidaire refrigerator in Feb 2023. Unfortunately, the fridge decided conk out less than two months after the 90 day warranty expired. I was hoping to get a year or two out of the fridge, but it didn't even last five months. Money wasted. When I called *****'s to explain the situation, I was told it would be $100 to have a technician take a look at the fridge, and they wouldn't be able to come out to the home for two weeks. I asked to talk to the owner but he wasn't available and apparently doesn't have his own email address. I had another company come out to look at the fridge. The technician said there was a slow leak in the refrigerant and it wouldn't be worth fixing. It cost me almost $100 to learn that *****'s had sold me a lemon.
