Never informed me that my items were out of stock, a week went by. After I emailed to cancel order to due their lack of communication in regards to the out of stock items, they go ahead and cancel, however, no notification of the cancellation. The communication is poor, or nonexistent.

I should have been more suspicious of the lower price when I saw the $8 shipping fee for a $10 five inch piece of plastic. However, I placed the order on Jan. 26th 2012 and I am still waiting on it Feb. 23rd 2013. Sure it’s only a month of waiting, but they charged my credit card the same day I ordered. Now if I order from someplace else I risk getting 2 of them. Bad practice… I won’t be ordering from them again.

My item finally arrived on Jan. 26, 2013. I ordered it on Jan. 5th 2013. Why a little item which could have been sent out USPS First Class was shipped through DHL & then transferred to USPS took 21 days (3 weeks) I cannot understand. Would have cost about $1.50 to ship First Class. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

Ordered a vacuum part from this company. on 1-12-2013 received a conformation email on same day, since that day did not receive any further correspondence from company or part. Today 1-17-2013 still no part and no correspondence either, went onto site only to find out that part is out of stock with no in stock date. When i ordered part there was no indication that part was out of stock. This is a timely item now I will have to go out and just buy a new vacuum. What a crappy online company.I would not recommend this company to anyone

Not recommended. Placed order on Dec 4th in the evening... Order wasn't shipped out until the following Tuesday (after I called and emailed Monday and Tuesday following). Representative who answered phone Monday said they received my order and that it would go out Monday or Tuesday although they were quick to charge my credit card the day I purchased it. No where on their website does it state how quickly they process orders (my first mistake) but didn't think it would take over a week for them to place one item to be shipped. Price was okay for product, but overall not a positive experience. I will not be ordering from this website again. I will use Amazon for my supplies.

I placed an order with TotalVac on the 3rd of September. After hearing nothing from them I asked for tracking info..only to be told that an item had to be ordered and my order would had not been sent out yet. It was almost 3 weeks before I received it, only to have a cheap knock off that cost $17 switched out for the $45.95 product that I ordered. I requested info and actually asked for the correct one to be sent. This business took quite awhile to respond, never addressed why they sent a cheap copy, and would not supply tracking for the returned item. I had filed a complaint with Paypal and the company tried to get me to cancel my complaint before they would issue a refund....Paypal told me to DO NO SUCH THING! Paypal contacted this business so many times to NEVER receive any response. I was finally issued a full refund because the business would not contact them. This was a nightmare of a transaction.

This business stinks!
1) It does NOT answer phone or return phone messages.
2) It shipped order with a missing item, and did NOT respond quickly nor politely to what looks to be another week or more delay in getting the part.
3) Does NOT ship quickly. I paid for FedEx shipping, but joke's on me - it took them 4 days from acknowledging that they'd received my on-line credit-card order to get my stuff to FedEx pick-up. When I asked for a refund of that part of the charge, "*******" siad that "If any items were out of stock they would of had to be ordered and then shipped out the same day." So what? You told me all items were in stock when I placed the order! I received no notice of delay, either.

totalvac robs customers by only allowing one order to be placed at a time over the internet. The reason for this is that the customer is billed for shipping and handling full charge for each item. The customer loses because of double or more billing for several items. No other web site I have ever ordered from did this - I was offered a continue shopping option - but not a totalvac - I will never order from them again.

1- Do not answer the phone and do not response .
2- Delay for sending the order
3- Missing one item from 2 items, when arrived after 2 weeks.

Your comments are totally correct. They are extremely slow to respond to customer inquiries, if they do so at all, and they are very slow to ship out. Also, beware that they mean it when they say they will not take back any wrong merchandise if it is opened; this is in contrast to many businesses that will do so, for customer goodwill. Not even a partial credit when you order a replacement. Lost $32 down the drain. Absolutely make sure what you order is the correct one, otherwise you are dead. I will never deal with this outfit again. Not worth the hassle and do not agree with their return policy at all.

Customer service is unacceptable. I have called and left a messages and no one has called me back since last THURSDAY, April 19th. I emailed and finally get a response. Everytime I called, no one answered. I called mutliple times, multiple days, and no answers or live person to talk to. I tried using the "order status" and it gives me nothing. I placed this order on Sunday, April 15th. I still can't get a status on your website. However, I did get a tracking number berely yesterday April 23rd and now I have to wait another 5 days for shipping! Almost two weeks to get my shipment. I can't believe it!!! I will never use this company again.

I ordered a vaccuum part on 1/29. I checked my order a week later, as I had not received any shipping confirmation. The status as of 2/5 was listed as "in warehouse, pending shipping". The part was not mailed out until 2/7, 9 days after it was ordered, and as of 2/14 still has not arrived. I undersand I opted for "standard" shipping but there was no indication that standard shipping included the item not being mailed out for 9 days after being ordered.
I will never use this company again.
