Ordered a part for a rug shampooer on 3/21/14 and received confirmation of the order. As of 4/5/14, no word on the order and a voicemail on the given phone number saying warehouse was moving and they were backlogged with emails and phone calls. Luckily, my CC was not yet charged Something like a reply email saying either backlog or out of stock or SOMETHING but leaving one hanging for over 2 weeks. A business which does not have its act together.

I ordered 3 bags for a ****** central vac system on 03-11-14. After a week and no updates on shipment I contacted TotalVac via email. No response. I called, no response. I emailed again, no response. Called again and now they say the offices are closed until 04-01-14, but the warehouse is operating. I checked the status of my order and now it says "cancelled", but no word from them about return of my $21.94 that I paid with ******. Terrible customer service. They have now removed the "review" section of their homepage. When it was there and I had a chance to read it and it seems that something happened last year. Reviews were great up to a point then they went terrible. If you don't get a response from them you can go to the Secretary of States for Mass. and search their name in the corporations and get the home address's of the office holders.

This company charged my credit card, but showed the product out of stock. Will not return phone calls (they don't answer their phone) even after several messages. Emails also go unanswered. I don't believe that this is a legitimate business. Trying to recover my money from ******. Shop anywhere else!

On February 11, 2014 I placed a re-order for vacuum bags with TotalVac, having been very pleased with the service I had received on a previous order--my earlier order arrived within three days. My second order never arrived. After waiting three weeks, I began calling the TotalVac customer service line and always with the same result--a series of recorded hand-offs until finally arriving at Customer Service, only to find out that--as was always the case--all of their customer service representatives were helping other customers. I left my information with them four times without ever getting a reply. Finally, I went back and retrieved their original order confirmation email and sent an email back, which, at last, resulted in someone calling me. I was not available for the call and the number I was to call was their same customer service number. Today, I received an email that the item I had ordered had been discontinued. They lied. I went to the TotalVac website and found the exact same bag in stock and ready for ordering. Obviously, TotalVac management and TotalVac customer service think that toying with customers and lying to them is not a problem as long as they can remain anonymous behind their computer screens. And if "all their customer service representatives" are always assisting other customers, maybe they should hire more customer service representatives.

I placed an order for sweeper belts on March 6th.. I never got my tracking email so I went to their website on the 15th of March only to see the order is not right and it is still in their warehouse. I sent them an email which they did not respond to. I would not advise doing business with this company.

Placed an order with no problem. Never given a tracking number for the delivery. Tried calling and all I ever get is the voicemail. I tried searching order status on their site and the order number I was given in my confirmation email said that the order does not exist.

I ORDERED VACUMN FILTERS ON FEBURARY 24TH CALLED ON MARCH THE 4TH TO CHECK STATUS LADY SAID IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT THAT AFTERNOON.ON MARCH 6TH CONTACTED THEM AGAIN TO GET ****** # I WAS TOLD ORDER NEVER SHIPPED ONE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK SHE SAID THE COULD SEND PARTIAL SHIPMENT OF ITEMS IN STOCK AND SHIP OUT OF STOCK ITEMS LATER AND I SAID PLEASE DO. CALLED AND CALLED EVERYDAY SINCE FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO ANSWER PHONE ON 3/13/14 LADY SAID ORDER NEVER SHIPPED NOW ALL ITEMS WERE OUT OUT STOCK THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS ONE OF THE REASONS I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY IS BECAUSE TI HAD THE BBB LOGO NOW IM NOT SURE IF I CAN TRUST ANOTHER COMPANY WITH THE LOGO CAUSE THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITH THIS KIND OF SERICE BUT THEY SURELY GOT PAID RIGHT AWAY SO I DORN WELL BETTER GET MY ACCOUNT CREDITED RIGHT AWAY OR WILL IT BE LIKE THEIR SERVICE?

I placed an order for vacuum bags on 2/28/2014. It is 2 weeks later... no bags...no email explanation...no return from an email I sent to them. Finally, I call them by telephone and have to leave a message. After visiting this forum, it looks like I am not alone. I should have checked with the BBB first! Live and Learn....

On Feb 12, 2014 I ordered products online from Totalvac it is now March 4, 2014 and I still have not received the items I paid for. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling them several times and left messages but no one is contacting me. I continue to check my order status online and it shows that some of my items are out of stock and the other items are being held. This is ridculous and they should have better customer service to ensure when your items will be shipped. They should also ship the items they have in stock currently and ship those items that are not in stock at a later date or refund the money.

I received a response within 24 hours that wheels I ordered for an older model vacuum were not stocked. I then requested options for purchasing them and I got a helpful response immediately!
