I ordered a vacuum cleaner belt and TotalVac was paid by ****** on 23 May 2014 and I have not received my purchase. I emailed them several times and the issue remains unresolved. Do not buy from this company. I have also requested a refund through ******.

I placed an order on May 11, 2014 and did not receive the items I ordered until June 10, 2014. Communication with this company is virtually non-existent. After several failed attempts via email to contact the company I filed a dispute to be reimbursed for my payment through ******. The parts were exactly what I ordered and they are good quality but I will never order anything from this company again because of their very poor customer service and lengthy time for delivery.

I placed an order on April 19, 2014. I ordered five items, and received an email just a few days ago (today is 5/10) saying that part of order could not be placed. TotalVac did NOT STATE THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I finally went to their website to see why I had not received any of my order and found the entire order was cancelled, with no notification or call to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! BEWARE!!

I don't know where to begin!!!! Upset, furious and just plain ol ticked off! I placed an order on 2-19-14 all items were in stock. A week passed and checked status and some items were temporarily out of stock and back ordered, ok fine so I waited. Another week passed and no word so I emailed company and received a response saying all items have to be in stock in order for them to ship, ok fine so I waited and now 2 MONTHS PASSED SINCE MY ORDER and still nothing, it is now April 22, 2014! I call and can't leave a message anymore they haven't answered my emails and I've been CHARGED FOR ITEM NOT RECEIVED. They need to get Thor sh** together and I don't care if they are moving warehouses they still need to get orders out!!!! Oh and I can't believe there's no toll free # for out of state customers! I will definitely dispute the charges!!!!!!! ????????

Ordered and paid for a $28 small part from TotalVac on March 9th. Two weeks later, I had not received the shipment of the part and I had received no correspondence whatsoever from the vendor, so I submitted an email inquiry. Within 48 hours, vendor sent a long-winded message explaining that the business was in the process of moving, which event has caused various logistical issues for the shipping process. Vendor extended an acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction with the delay in shipment, and assured me that my order would ship, and tracking information would be sent, no later than March 31st. When I still had not received my part or any email with tracking info by April 14th, I sent another email inquiry, which went unanswered until today, when I finally requested that the order be canceled and my payment refunded. I will not do business with this organization again. I am skeptical that TotalVac should be engaged in e-commerce if it cannot perform its end of an e-transaction competently.

Ordered a part for a rug shampooer on 3/21/14 and received confirmation of the order. As of 4/5/14, no word on the order and a voicemail on the given phone number saying warehouse was moving and they were backlogged with emails and phone calls. Luckily, my CC was not yet charged Something like a reply email saying either backlog or out of stock or SOMETHING but leaving one hanging for over 2 weeks. A business which does not have its act together.

I ordered 3 bags for a ****** central vac system on 03-11-14. After a week and no updates on shipment I contacted TotalVac via email. No response. I called, no response. I emailed again, no response. Called again and now they say the offices are closed until 04-01-14, but the warehouse is operating. I checked the status of my order and now it says "cancelled", but no word from them about return of my $21.94 that I paid with ******. Terrible customer service. They have now removed the "review" section of their homepage. When it was there and I had a chance to read it and it seems that something happened last year. Reviews were great up to a point then they went terrible. If you don't get a response from them you can go to the Secretary of States for Mass. and search their name in the corporations and get the home address's of the office holders.

This company charged my credit card, but showed the product out of stock. Will not return phone calls (they don't answer their phone) even after several messages. Emails also go unanswered. I don't believe that this is a legitimate business. Trying to recover my money from ******. Shop anywhere else!

On February 11, 2014 I placed a re-order for vacuum bags with TotalVac, having been very pleased with the service I had received on a previous order--my earlier order arrived within three days. My second order never arrived. After waiting three weeks, I began calling the TotalVac customer service line and always with the same result--a series of recorded hand-offs until finally arriving at Customer Service, only to find out that--as was always the case--all of their customer service representatives were helping other customers. I left my information with them four times without ever getting a reply. Finally, I went back and retrieved their original order confirmation email and sent an email back, which, at last, resulted in someone calling me. I was not available for the call and the number I was to call was their same customer service number. Today, I received an email that the item I had ordered had been discontinued. They lied. I went to the TotalVac website and found the exact same bag in stock and ready for ordering. Obviously, TotalVac management and TotalVac customer service think that toying with customers and lying to them is not a problem as long as they can remain anonymous behind their computer screens. And if "all their customer service representatives" are always assisting other customers, maybe they should hire more customer service representatives.
