Seasonal, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Description

Work in all aspects of landscape projects, including but not limited to:
All responsibilities of a Landscape Crew position.
Train and lead crew, including task assignment.
Ensure safety standards are followed.
Ensure horticultural practices are followed.
Ensure all work is performed according to company quality standards.
Maintain record keeping.
Communicate project status and issues to managers.
Maintain equipment and trucks.

Qualifications

Ability to meet all qualifications of Landscape Crew position.
Knowledge of site grading and storm water management.
Willing to take direction and work independently.
Ability to train, lead and manage crew according to company standards.
Experience with supervising crews.
Experience with dump trucks and trailers.
Experience with excavator, loader, skid steer is a plus.
Experience with equipment and trucking maintenance is a plus.
Valid and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass DOT physical for driver health certificate.

Compensation

Pay commensurate with experience and/or education.
