Hours:

Part-Time, Must be able to work weekends and one day during the week
1 job is appox: 20 hours per week
The other job is appox: 27 hours per week

Description

The sales associate assists the sales manager in the daily operation of our storage facility. We provide an environment where entrepreneurial minded individuals can prosper and advance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Aggressively market and lease storage spaces.
Debt collection activities.
Maintain customer and computer records.
Maintain excellent facility appearance and cleanliness.
Promote the sale of boxes,locks, and moving supplies.
Assume responsibility upon request that may that may occasionally require response to after hour issues or other situations as needed on a 24/7nbasis.
 Support the sales manager by learning and assisting in the daily operations of the storage facility as requested and assuming responsibility during the sales managers absence. Strive for seamless daily operations.
Nurture and enhance SIMI positive image and relationship with the property owner and the public.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Must be aggressive, out spoken, dependable, have flexible schedule, and own vehicle.
Must be able to pass drug-screening and criminal background check

Education Requirements

High School Diploma

Compensation

$11-$12 per hour plus bonus
