Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate office staff. Greet clients and handle incoming and outgoing mail. Customer Relationship Management. Prepare client reviews. Some evening work helping out at seminars conducted at educational facilities. 

Qualifications

3 years experience working in an office environment. Knowledge of computers. Self-starter. Congenial personality.
