Complaint: Company continues to bill the wrong people. I have been waiting for a bill for 6 months and do not have access to a phone. other party has received numerous threatening phone calls even though they know it was my vehicle and my request for service. They have me confused with another party despite my requests to change the information and send me the bill. They have been harassing 3rd parties family for months and flat out refuse to send me a bill.
Desired Settlement: Send me a bill with the correct billing information and send a written apology to third party and her family over harassing messages signed by the owner of the business.
Business Response: *** ****** made an appointment through a current customer who he was in a relationship with stating that he needed his vehicle assembled because he was moving with the current customer to the state of Washington. Repair was completed and when *** ****** and ***** ******* arrived to pick the vehicle up a check was written by **. ******* for **. ******** repair they then left in the repaired vehicle and **. ******* vehicle. **. *******'s check was returned from the bank and after several phone calls, mailings and emails no attempt has been made to satisfy this. The invoice had been emailed to *** ****** and is attached to this communication.
