I have a red 2016 ********** outlander SEL I bought it with a bad transmission, I took it to AAMCO, and they told me that I would have two options or put a used one or redo this one and leave it new.the used one would have a short warranty and the new one 18 months. I paid nearly $6,000 for the new one.I left with the car in excellent condition, in perfect working order.I have 18 months warranty. 5 months later the transmission had a problem, they can't fix it and they want me to take it to a ********** dealer so I can pay for the repair. after all, what guarantee is this that I have to pay the expenses. What the nature of the dispute is: they told me transmission is fine, but not my car still undrivable Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: not, they said this is a computer problem, they don't have a machine to fix. so, they want to i send my car to another dealer and paid for this service.But i paid to fix my car, with 18 months warranty, so now they cannot solve my problem.
