Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund policy is based on a sliding scale number of days before the training event.  Substitutions are allowed at any time for no additional cost. Courses are fully refundable if canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of the training. Courses canceled within 30 days are assessed a fee based on the scale before.  Days before event perfect refunded cost to reschedule 30 or more days: 100% $0, 15-29 days: 85% $0, 7-14 days: 75% $0, 6 days or less: 0% $100, No Show 0% $150.  Substitutions allowed at any time for no additional cost. Course rescheduling/ location change under certain circumstances, HeatSpring may need to change the hotel location for the training event or shift the dates slightly. If this should happen, HeatSpring will contact all attendees by e-mail and by phone to verify new location and dates. Full refunds will be available at the time of this verification. After the new date or location has been verified, the scaled refund policy becomes effective. Course Cancelation: HeatSpring reserves the right to cancel training classes. If a class is canceled, participants will be contacted at least 7 days prior to the first training date. Participants will receive a full refund of the tuition cost and no cancelation fee will be assessed if HeatSpring cancels the training.  Online Courses: eTraining Online courses are not eligible for a refund.
