The business states Final deposits are due ninety days before tour departure date and are forwarded directly to cruise and land service operators and are NON-refundable except:
1) Initial deposits are refundable, minus a $100.00 per person cancellation fee within ten working days of receipt of the deposit. 2) In the absence of full travel insurance/cancellation coverage, receipt of a physician statement on official stationery regarding illness or death, all further deposits are sent to service providers in Ecuador and will be subject to local provider policies. Galapagos Direct will make very effort to recover funds.
