10/26/2015 I ordered an expensive pair of soccer cleats online fully aware of their return policy. I did not allow my son to wear them outdoors but he did wear them in the house to try the fit. They were the wrong size and I requested a return (perhaps another size or another kind). I understand that they cannot take back shoes that they can't resell however if you are going to sell footwear online you must allow people to try on and send back if wrong. I sent the cleats and back and two weeks later found them sent back to me with no email, no explanation, no paperwork of any kind, box battered but obviously opened. After numerous exchanges with customer service by email i was told that the return department determined they were worn and rejected them. This is a he-said, she-said with wegotsoccer having the ultimate power to refuse. Was a complete waste of money and the customer service was slack and rude.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

8/21/2014 I ordered and fully paid for my daughter's soccer uniform on July 19th. On August 19th, one month after I ordered, and four days prior to her first game, I contacted WeGotSoccer via phone and email. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service by phone, no one ever answered (three consecutive days). On August 21st, I received a reply from WGS, to an email that I sent on the morning of August 19th: "I am very sorry for the delay, it seems as your order did not get processed correctly so it did not get printed in the warehouse, I have handed your order to production so it should be completed by tomorrow for you. I am truly sorry for the delay." Despite an overt admission of error, multiple apologies for "the delay," and full knowledge of the day/date of my daughter's first game, WeGotSoccer chose to save money by shipping my daughter's uniform by UPS ground instead of correcting their failure and shipping it overnight. This is a disgusting lack of accountability from a company that states on its website that, "Our team uniform sales department strives to deliver the best service to all soccer team customers." Apparently, striving to deliver the best customer service and actually doing so is the determined by a profit margin.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
