Complaint: I ordered 2 storage bags. One for a chalice and the other for a paten. I ordered them on line on March 16th. My credit card was charged on the 18th of March. I have never received either item. I have called and left a message 3 times and have sent numerous emails. No one has ever contacted me.

Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount that I was billed to be credited back to my account.

Business Response: I have already contacted this customer and apologized for the mix up in her order and issued a full refund. complaint ******* filed on 3/28/13 

Consumer Response: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.

I had contacted a rep through your chat last week and notified them that I had received my refund.
