Complaint: Placed a take out delivery order with them on sunday, december 23rd 2012 and they got the whole order wrong. I tried to call back to make a complaint with the manager and he replied, "it's christmas can't you give me a break?" I tried to talk to him and explain that my whole order was wrong and burnt, and the manager didn't speak english that well. He replied, " I have other customers to take care of, good bye." He simply hung up the phone. My order totaled almost $50.00 and we were not satisfied with it. He didn't give me the time of day to explain the whole situation before he was extremely rude and hung up on me.

Desired Settlement: would like our money back or at least an acknoledgement that we were making a lagit complaint and want it to be heard.

Business Response: Sunday December 23rd, about 2pm we delivered to a local address and they did oder around $50 dollars worth of food. After the driver dropped the food off they called and complained that the breads were toasted and the jalapeno poppers were well done. WQe offered to replace the food and deliver it back to them but they declined. Around 6pm about 4 hours later ******* called back and complained about the service and what a terrible business we run. She used very inappropriate language and started yelling. She called back about 15 times and it was disturbing our operations so we filed a police report and an officer was sent to the address we delivered to to ask them to stop calling our business.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
