However, defective equipment may be returned for an immediate refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase with original sales receipt. This applies to all new and used equipment except antiques, software and items sold "as is". Unused and non-defective equipment may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original sales receipt, but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customer damaged equipment is non-refundable.
