            I ordered an essentials kit to try and start a wine-tasting business. By the time it arrived, I started a full-time job and refused the package, sending it back to the company.I have contacted them 5 times regarding the refund that I haven't received. I have not gotten a response to that question.I would like a full refund of the $123 for the essentials kit and shipping. If refunded, I will completely withdraw this complaint.

            Ive been a wine guide for 6 1/2 years and it has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I made a complete career change, as a single mother, and am much more fulfilled than I ever was before. I have the freedom and flexibility that I always dreamed of, and have made so many friends along the way. We have such a supportive tribe and we have so much fun together. The wine is top notch and so is the experience that we provide to our customers and hosts they keep coming back for more, which keeps this business sustainable and fun for us.
