- Website advertised price per gallon AND receipt show correct price - Website order form AND amount charged to bank account don't match advertised price - Company advises you to use form on their website AND they are aware that you are charged more than the advertised price, and do NOT tell you this. - 12/5/22 charged ****** for 100 gallons which was ***** cents/gal vs advertised price of ***** cents/gal - 2/2/23 charged ****** for 100 gallons which was **** cents/gal vs advertised price of ***** cents/gal - 3/6/23 charged 37**** for 110 gallons which was 3.4 cents/gal vs advertised price of ***** cents/gal - When speaking with the owner regarding the issue, he replied, "It's only 10 cents", and "no one else has complained", and "there's nothing I can do about the website", and "I have to pay the credit card companies money with every credit card purchase", and he wouldn't refund my card or issue a credit to *** account. He told me he would leave a dollar at the office, if I wanted to come get it, but going forward I would now be aware that this is their process and no credit will be issued. He was rude, insulting, unwilling to listen in addition to being a thief.- For every customer that orders via the website, they take more money from your account than is due, and no disclosure or refund is available.
