According to BBB files this business has a pattern of complaints concerning inaccurate quotes of total costs and time frame of moving. Consumers state that the business gives a quote for a certain time period the move will take to complete, however the during the move, workers seem to work slowly on purpose and this extends the time period of the move resulting in charges nearly double the original quote from the business. BBB complaints reflect delays in delivery of items stored by the business, as well as damaged or missing items. Claims submitted to the business by customers for damaged or missing items are denied by the business even when items were wrapped or packaged correctly. Consumers are charged for packing materials not used during the move. Consumers indicate that they want full or partial refunds for excessive charges or compensation for items damaged or missing.
