Complaint: I ordered a epill 6 alarm reminder watch for a friends diabetic daughter. The watch I received was defective, and so the customer service agent sent me a new one and advised me to return the defective one. Well, the second watch arrived broken, scratched and clearly used. I called e-pill and advised them I would be sending BOTH watches back due to the poor and unusable quality. The rep was very nice and told me yes, please send both watches back and I will issue a refund as soon as they are received. On November 6th- I received a "credit memo" from e-pill stating that I had been refunded- but it doesnt say where they refunded the $ to. I used an american express to pay for the watch, so I assumed they would refund me there. Well- I waited a few days to see if the credit would post- it never did. I called epill on 11-12-15 to tell them I had still not received my refund. The man who answered, "*******" was EXTREMELY RUDE and verbally abusive to me- unlike everyone else I had previously dealt with. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me he owned the company and I couldnt speak with anyone else. He told me my refund had been sent to my ******** card. I explained to him I dont even own a ******** credit card. He said that was impossible. I told him- sorry but all I own are **** and mastercard, and I KNOW I put it on my **** because I am looking at my statement and see the charge. He told me I was wrong but someone would call me back "after they look into it". Yeah right. I asked him how long that would take and he said "well I dont really know. We'll get back to you when we get back to you." Wow thanks dude. Anyways, about 20 minutes later a DIFFERENT (thank God) person called me back and told me my **** HAD been refunded. I said well its not showing on my statement. She said it wasnt their problem and I needed to call my bank. I did call my bank and I gave them the transaction # that e-pill provided me with and they told me they DID NOT receive any refund transaction and the transaction code isnt even an american express transaction code at all. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! SCAMMING PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIFE THREATENING DISEASES IS HORRIBLE. I want my money back NOW!
Desired Settlement: Refund my money immediately to the CORRECT card. I dont know who you THINK you refunded but it WASNT me.

Refund information was provided to the customer when she called on November 12th. Complaint: I am 84 years old, I ordered a pill container and it will not accommodate my needs so I wanted to return it. The company employees were very rude to me and said that my sales receipt said you can only return within 30 days, I explained my receipt does not read that. They then said too bad it says it on website, very mis leading. They prey on the elderly.
Desired Settlement: I want my money back and to return their item.
