2/5/2014 This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in my 30 years of work experience. Nobody knows what they are doing - they have farmed out their service calls to people who do not speak english. I have a machine that needs to be installed and one machine that needs to go away. This company is having a hard time understanding why I don't want to have the machine taken out without the new one being installed. I work in a company of 250 people unfortuantely we can't afford to do without a postage machine even for a day. You would think you could coordinate this with one person but you can't. I started the process back in October and it is now February with no end in sight. I did an assignment of another machine which when it finally did take place went smoothly. I am being charged a large amount for the installation and if i want it to take place sooner that is more money. I was never told about the charges. Horrible company.
