9/16/2014 problems with listing delivery rates.I paid 4.95 extra for rush service.E-mail I received today said delivery would be Saturday,1 week from order date.That is not rush!!

8/4/2014 I ordered a very expensive dress from ********** and it came in time, great. In July and August, I was being charged $14.95 each month for signing for their "VIP Club Membership" in which I DID NOT sign up for. When I called the customer service line, I cancelled my "subscription" and demanded a refund in the amount I was charged total ($29.90) and the representative said they cannot because "It's company policy." After doing some research, I was able to discover that I was not the only one affected by this insidious act that this company does. I was part of a large group that had to order from this business. The person who was in our performance group at the time that recommended this business opted out of our group after the orders were taken place. Suspicious? I believe this company works in a quiet manner taking funds from those unaware and refuse a refund. I will not be ordering from this business again, and I will ensure others will know of their thievery. I ask that the BBB investigate this properly. Thank you.

10/1/2013 Expressions Catalog website is a mess trying to navigate, and definitely not customer friendly. (1) You cannot order as Guest as most websites allow. You have to set up an account so your purchases can be tracked and additional catalogs sent you. The site asked if you are ordering from a catalog. If you say NO, a screen pops up asking for the catalog code. When my order was placed, I was notified that there was an error in my information, then without doing anything else, I got a confirmation number. This company has definitely has gone downhill and has failed to keep up with current tech trends and customer service trends. There are much better sites to order from.
