      I was court ordered a division of my ex-husbands 401K in 2022; the distribution and paperwork was held up until 2023. I have called a half dozen times in the last month to get the 1099R TAX FORM corrected from ******** to my STATE OF RESIDENCE which is CT and I have received (3) 1099Rs with the same exact information on it! I need to file my taxes by APRIL 15th and I have an incorrect tax form from **** Hancock that no employee can seem to comprehend! I need someone who understands ENGLISH and doesnt just apologize; tell me its corrected; and then send me the same exact tax form; it needs to be corrected; this is an egregious issue and needs to be corrected immediately given its March 21, 2024 and I only have a few weeks to file my taxes!!

      **** Hancock has the worst customer service ever. I filed a hardship request with all the included paperwork with a particular date. I called the company the following day to follow up and the person I talked to was like yeah yeah its filed I filed a expedite request. I didnt hear anything so I called the following day to find out that the request was never made and the one customer service rep was very helpful. She then called me on Tuesday to let me know that my documents were being processed here it is Thursday still no answer so I call them again, I spoke to somebody by the name of *****, she can keep saying is oh its past the date of eviction so it probably will be denied. No I sent documents on the 19th. I requested a call back if there was an issue nobody called me, when I tried to escalate this to a manager, they refused to give me a manager, they refuse to let me talk to somebody in the processing department. I cannot talk to anybody all they keep doing is repeating the same thing over and over again, and we end up in an argument, this is very frustrating, so ended the call tonight and she said oh she will put in another request but I will call Me probably begin the week. This has been going on since last week and I told my landlord that I would have the money to her by the end of this week because I was told by **** Hancock that it was being processed. It was expedited to meet expedited means that its urgent issue and it needs to be taken care of. I cannot get a hold of anybody in corporate office to file a complaint. This is extremely frustrating. I asked the customer service rep on the phone. How is she handle it if if it was her life, if she was facing a hardship ? Again, all ***** could say is well the date is past. Yes, the date is past because I promised my landlord that I would have the money to her but **** Hancock is holding that up. The incompetency is real
