7/17/2016 I created an account with Vistaprint and placed an order for my business cards on the 2nd. The expected delivery date was the 14th. On the 17th I logged on to my account and looked at my order status. It still said processing & the expected delivery date was still the 14th, so I called. Only then was I informed that the address on my account was blacklisted due to the previous owners of the house I now own and run my business out of. Not only are they refusing to mail my business cards to my home/office, but they don't give any indication on my account or order status that there is even an issue at all. It's apparently MY responsibility to call them & inquire. So now that I have waited 15 days for business cards that will never arrive, I have to either ask someone else if I can have my business cards mailed to their address, or I have to start this whole process over, place an order with a different company & then wait for them to be delivered. I'm baffled at the customer service, or lack there of, that I received. If a company has no intention of fulfilling an order places with them then the customer should at least be notified and their order status should indicate it.

6/1/2016 I have *** deliver to my home on a regular basis: however, Vistaprint refuses to deliver my products via *** even though the product is ordered that way. Vistaprint insist on sending all my orders to a post office several hundred miles away and then let the post office decide when, where, and how to deliver it -- if they want to deliver it at all. I was told at one point that I needed to come and get it. Several attempts to get Vistaprint to send it directly to my home failed and now when I use the "On-Line Chat", they answer and then immediately disconnect. No help at all. Looking for a new place to get my business cards.

4/7/2016 Vistaprints has made it easy for customers checking out to accidentally select a website service. There is no emails about this service if you accidentally select it and its supposedly "free" the first month so you get a surprise charges of $10.79 the next month without any invoice or notice on your account for the charge. You have to actually call into the company to figure out the charge and request a refund. This is basically a scam to trick consumers and its poor business practice for a company that otherwise makes well done and affordable business cards.

3/10/2016 Wasted an Hour creating order. I ordered Over 250.00 worth of products went to check out and all was gone. Huge waste of effort and time. I made an account and it shoued an account number but did not register. If you attempt to create an order it is hit or miss if it will complete check out without erasing g everything you did. Instead google free business card maker and you can create the same thing just as cheap for business cards. Other products they offer can be purchased cheaper for better quality as well
