Complaint: I attended a 3 day seminar at the hotel. The parking fee was only supposed to be $25.00 per day but I paid $30.00 per day. The last day of seminar, I went to the front desk where an ***** man said he would credit me back. However, that was not the case. I have still been overcharged of $5.00. I called and spoke to ********* who told me to send attach documents. When I called her back, she said that it was credited back to the visa card which I gave to her over the phone. Now, the office manager ***** ****** emailed me back saying that he does not know what I am talking about. I am very frustrated and would like to have this resolved.

Desired Settlement: I would like a refund back on my credit card of $5.00.

Business Response: The guest requested a refund of $5.00 for parking. The guest was refunded $5.00 on December 2nd, prior to the date of the complaint (which was dated 12/4/12).
