Additional NotesComplaint: I stayed here for one night (night of 12/31/2011) in room *** and was accompanied by two other next door in room *** for our trip. Myself and my girlfriend were in *** and both are nonsmokers, while the other two are smokers. I am being charged a free of 250 for a "cleaning" of "room ***" where they say it smelled of smoke. It is a false and incompletely true statement as NO smoking occured in this room and NO ONE in the room smokes. My girlfriend cannot be around it and even did a ********* treatment, for her ****** in this room. This is a completely fictional charge that is being charged to me, because "the guest from *** reserved both rooms but paid his room in cash" and mine I paid by card. His card used to reserve has NO balance on it and DENIED when we checked in, so they just wanted there money and charged me. I would like to see where they have a valid reason for this occurence in *** other than their story of "it smelled like smoke." Where their ashes, burns, etc? Did any of that exist in room ***? This hotel is filled with crooks and liars that are engaging in illegal business practices. Desired Settlement: A refund of the charged $250
