Additional NotesComplaint: Had ***** come out meet with him about a project and need a quote. ***** took my plans told me he would get me a quote. After one month went by I called ***** and asked him for my plans back. I figured I had not heard from him so he didn't want the job. ***** informed me that he did not have time to do the job or even get me a quote. I said that was not very professional he should have called and spoken to me about this. I asked him for my plans he said he would drop them off to me . that was two weeks ago. I have yet to hear form him.... Desired Settlement: I would like my plans back.... Business Response: Consumer received her blueprints via certified mail over a month ago. Thank you.
