Karmaloop is a nice legit company. I placed my first order back in 2011, it was a Kazbah item but it didn't take long to ship. it got to my house after I ordered in about a week and half I believe. My next purchase was about a month ago when they were moving warehouses. Purchases was supposed to be shipped out by the 28th but mines was shipped out until a week from that date. I was a little upset but everytime I had question or was wondering where my package was they were as helpful as they could be and was still very professional and nice. Things come up and no buisness is perfect. I just ordered some other things about 3 days ago. Still wonderful customer service. I have no complaints with this company. LOVE IT.
