I purchased an item from Wayfair on 04/01/2024 for a computer chair. I purchased this item based on the deliver date it stated would be delivered. I was advised the item will be delivered on 04/05/2024. When 04/05/2024 came and went I checked the site where the delivery date had changed to 04/08/2024. When 04/08/2024 came and went with no delivery, I contacted Wayfair who advised me to continue to wait and hopefully (yes she said hopefully) will be delivered. I waited an entire week before I reached out to Wayfair 04/09/2024 and ******* ******* stated there was nothing that she can do and submit an escalation for review. She did not allow me to speak to anyone but stated they can only submit it via email. I reached out again on 04/12/2024 and again got ******* A who stated for me to be patient and if I don't hear anything by 04/13/2024 to reach out again. No one can provide me any resolution on where my item is at, when its going to be delivered or offer to re-order the item. NO ONE. NO one has tried to fix the issue, NO ONE! I keep having to be the one to find my item from a company who took my money but has not fulfilled their obligation from that purchase and deliver me my good!!!
