Complaint: i went to my **** ***** store in my city and i bought 10 bottles of ocean spray cran apple juice and the problem is the none of these bottles tasted sweet at all and when i went to **** ***** they told me to call the company so i did and they told me they couldn't help me and i feel like this company doesn't know anything about the customer is always right i am the customer and with out us they wouldn't be in business so i want to be reimburse for this please and thank you and i want the company to understand that they have to help the customer if this matter does not get handle by the company then i would have no choice but to report this to a court and also video record this problem for others to know thank you so much for your time

Desired Settlement: i would like to be reimburse $20 plus the 8.0% sale tax in my state or they can send me 10 containers of the cran apple thank you
