8/13/2015 I **** ****** of **** ** **** ******** ordered 610 sq. Ft. Of Hardwood flooring from ***** ***** owner of Quality Floors Direct on 7/10 /2015 and specifically specified that I needed a floating Hardwood Floor that was 3/8" thick x 5" wide in a gunstock shade and ***** assured me that he had the product by ****** ******* and I at this point ordered the product and gave ***** a $500.00 deposit..on 7/20/2015 my installing crew picked up the order at which time I paid the balance to the warehouse workers of $2,157.00 and my crew proceeded to drive to my customers Condo in *********Ma. To perform the installation..we opened up 3 cartons and proceeded to install the Hardwood at which time the customer showed up to discover the wood was a different width size and ordered my men to seize installing and sent them home at which time I was informed and immediately called *****'s warehouse workers to inform them of this error..***** was on vacation but did call me the next day to inform me that he could not do anything in terms of refunding my monies because he was on vacation so obviously his workers are not competent enough to handle the depositing of the monies threw the charge card terminal but were not competent enough to charge it back into my account which made me raise an eyebrow..such a simple clerical chore..how convienent to be able to take in the monies but not perform the charge back.Hummm... so I had to wait a week from that day to return the Hardwood and receive my refund. My men had to drive all the way back to ******** to pick up the wood and drive back to Warehamm to drop it off costing me a $200.00 fee in gas and time to do so.. I called Quality Floors Direct over the next 3 days to inquire about my refund and finally on Thursday 7/30 /2015 I got a return call from ***** at which time he was very rude and told me to do him a favor and never order Hardwood from him again..***** makes the error of ordering the wrong size Board and I some how become the Bad guy here..WOW!!!!!. TALK ABOUT RUDE SHAMELESS BRAZEN GAUL OF AN ATTITUDE FOR A BUSINESS MSNS ERROR TRANFERED TO HIS CUSTOMER!!!!! ***** proceeded to tell me it would take 48 hours to receive my refund back onto my debit card bank account, now mind you almost 2 weeks have gone by since the wood was picked up on 7/20 /2015..I as of this date 8/13/2015 have yet to receive my charge back and have called countlless times with no return calls..I get their voicemail every time which tells me they have identified my number on their caller ID and are purposely not answering or returning my calls..Talk about playing the role of the Artful Dodger and keeping my monies and my customers monies in his bank account plus having the wood now as well for over 2 weeks is outrageous and nothing short of THIEVERY!!!!!! I have filed a dispute with the BBB And am going to the courts tomorrow to file charges. In conclusion I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about ordering anything from this Business to buy from someone else based on my experience in this matter!! This outfit cannot be trusted and are incompetent! !!!! I and my customer are now out $2,657.00 what a terrible way to conduct business!!!!!!! **** Kahian

9/16/2014 Stay away from this business. ***** *****, the owner, does not stand behind the products that he sells. If there is a problem with the product, his sole concern is getting his money. He is not interested in customer satisfaction at all. Beware he lies about pricing, claiming that the price on the website should have been updated, yet months later the price remains the same. He overcharged on shipping ,according to him, to make up for the discrepancy in price. Don't make the mistake that I made.
