5/21/2015 Dealing with this company was a total nightmare! Sent a product I never even ordered directly through them. Ordered and rec'd an air purifier with a different company & informed THEM I wanted to return the unit. Somehow that return request reached the company above. I ultimately rec'd an entirely different unit from Alllergy Buyers. How bad can 1 purchase turn out so badly. Totally bad phone calls & email messages trying to explain entire situation. I am not stupid, or dilusional. I did NOT order 2 purifiers yet rec'd 2 totally different units from 2 different companies. Something is surely not right?

3/23/2015 Order received, shipped three items (cold packs) instead of one. Product has very strong offensive odor. Company charged three times the amount ordered and want me to pay shipping to return and a twenty five percent restocking fee for a defective product that was not ordered in triplicate.

12/4/2014 I called a representative from the Allergy Buyers Club, a division of Boston Green Goods, and placed an order for a pillow. They sent me the wrong pillow and I contacted them and returned the pillow. They were going to ship me out the correct pillow once they received the returned product. Two months have passed and I still do not have my pillow. They have told me that the product is out of stock and will be in within 2 weeks. Two weeks will pass and they will tell me to wait another two weeks, then another and another. I have been in email contact with a representative but she has no longer returning my emails. I have asked for a discount for the 2 month wait-no response from the company. Since the end of September, they have had my money and here we are in December and I still do not have my product. Very dissatisfied!

12/20/2013 On December 12th, 2013, I placed an order with a representative of ******* ****** ****; a division of Boston Green Goods, Inc. I was told the delivery date would be on December 19th, 2013 which was extremely important due to the fact that my family was leaving town on December 22, 2013 to celebrate Christmas and wanted the gift to be received before leaving town. I was told I could track the order via email and that our charge card and order would be processed on the 12th. Well our charge card was charged almost $2,200 but the order was never placed. Last week I kept logging into the web site and all that was stated was that our order was in process. On the 16th I wrote several emails to the company representative and did not receive any call back or emails. I then took it up a notch and wrote a supervisor and received no call or email back other than an automated response. Finally on the 20th, I called several times and was told they just received a tracking number but when I pursued the actual delivery date they told me they could not find it. I then contacted a "manager" who proceeded to tell me that it was never sent for pickup for *** and could not be delivered within the next 48hrs because it would cost $400 to do so. I am livid. Not only does my mother not get her Christmas present but this company than has the nerve to say that a refund may take up to another week to refund our money. What that translates to is that this company has used our TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR TWO WEEKS INTEREST FREE FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Is this right?
