Complaint: On Nov 4 I purchased two items on line. My credit card was charged on Nov 14 the full amount of the purchase, 74$. I never received the items purchased or any notification that they had been shipped. I e-mailed and called on several occasions from end of November to early January. Spoke to the same person, *****, each time. First asking to make sure items would be received in time for Xmas and on the last 2 calls asking for the amount of the purchase to be reimbursed. I was always told she "would look into it and get back to me". Still have not been reimbursed for the purchase that was never delivered.
Business Response: ***** ******' s **** card was credited full amount of charge ( $74.75 ) on 1/4/13.
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.
BBB's Final Determination: Consumer accepted resolution offered by the business.
