Complaint: ORIGINAL DENTAL EXTRACTIONS AND TEMPORARY DENTURE WERE PROVIDED IN 2008. A PERMANENT DENTURE WAS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL. RELOCATION AT THAT TIME PREVENTED ME FROM SCHEDULING FOR THE PERMANENT DENTURE. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO EXPLAIN AND THEY STATED I WOULD ONLY PAY ANY INCREASE IN PRICE WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PERMANENT DENTURE. THE INCREASE AT THIS TIME WAS APPROXIMATELY 30.00. I STOPPED IN THE OFFICE SIX MONTHS AGO WHEN I RETURNED TO THE AREA , EXPLAINED THE SITUATION WHICH THEY FOUND TO BE QUITE HUMOROUS. THEY AGAIN STATED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND I WAS TO PAY THE INCREASE. I AGREED RETURNING FOR MY APPOINTMENT ON NOVEMBER 4TH I WAS INFORMED THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE AGREEMENT. I NOW NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 400.00. THE 350.00 I PREVIOUSLY HAD PAID HAD JUST DISAPPEARED. AT THAT TIME I REQUESTED A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. I STATED THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO LEAVE WITHOUT MY MONEY OR TEETH. DR ******** CAME OUT OF HER OFFICE SCREAMING SHE WOULD HAVE ME REMOVED. UPON EXITING THE OFFICE I INFORMED THE 5 PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM TO LEAVE WHILE THEY COULD AS THEY HEARD IN DISBELIEF DR ******** SCREAMING VULGARITIES AND PHYSICALLY PUSH ME AS I EXITED, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Desired Settlement: I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE ORIGINAL WORK. I EVEN SENT A VERY POSITIVE REVIEW. I AM APPALLED AT THE OUTCOME. FAILURE TO HONOR THE PREPAID SERVICE, THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND PHYSICAL ASSAULT ARE UNACCEPTABLE . I AM REQUESTING AN APOLOGY AND A REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

Business Response: The allegations are not true.  Mr. ***** was mailed a refund for $355.00 on November 4, 2014.  We consider this matter closed.

Consumer Response: Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below.   It is true I received a response on November the 4th stating a check for $355.00 was enclosed but it was not.Enclosed was a dismissal letter from Dr. ********.  The response also stated it was sent via certified mail and u.s mail , I have not received any notification of certified mail. I contacted the post office and there is no record of certified mail being sentRegards****** ******

If my allegations were untrue why issue a refund. Still no apology. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Thank you.
