Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states as long as they can resell it, they will give you a refund or do an even exchange.  Items offering free shipping, there is a 15% restocking fee if you return it for a refund. There are no refunds on sale items.. All returns must be per-authorized by Coyotes Corner. Product must be unused and in original condition. All returns MUST be accompanied with your name, address, and phone or email. (We've gotten returns with no identification of who sent it) No refunds are granted 21 days from receipt except for orders placed in the month of December, which can be refunded up to 31 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. If insured and damaged in shipment, we will file a claim with the shipper. If it is a manufacturers defect or a packing error, we will authorize a return, and will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us once we determine that we or the manufacturer was at fault. . Clearance and discounted items are not refundable.
