Complaint: I contacted the company about a quote on some computer work, I spoke with **** ****** and emailed him the information that I needed. Mr. ****** sent me a email back that was ver unprofessional and rude, I replied to his email because I was suprised that someone would do something like that. At that point i recieved another email from him. I contacted the owner of the company to complain, he (****) ask that I forward him the emails from Mr. ******, i also expressed to **** that I wanted to emails from ****** to stop. I thought at that point this would come to an end, but I recieved another email from ******, which I forward to **** and followed up the a telephone call. The call center reps keep giving me the run around and would never tranfer the call to **** or they would be me on hold and never come back to the phone. Yes, I could block the company email, but the issue with me is I
am an consumer looking to spend money with your company, and you (****) have no right to continue to send me emails if I have ask you not to and the Owner of the company needs to address issue.

Desired Settlement: **** ****** should be held accountable for his actions. As the owner of an business I would be outraged that one of my employees would continue to send harrassing email to someone looking to do business with my company.

Business Response: The customer asked us to send a parts only quote. This is never done in the industry. The customer was not interested in our services, and upon further discussion they revealed that by law they needed our quote for legal purposes only. They had already decided on a vendor and just needed a quote from us to satisfy this requirement. Quotes are a complicated process in our industry and require a substantial time committment. I politely refused to provide this quote, and ****** kept pressuring me for a 'quote'. I also politely let her know that we buy our parts from the same place they would be purchasing them, and directed her to the **** website, that we were using the create the parts quote. She kept stating she needed an 'official quote' from us. Once again I politely refused because we did not want to commit to a customer that we knew already already chose another vendor. We politely asked to withdraw from the conversion and did not with to do business with ms *****.
