Complaint: I contacted the company about a quote on some computer work, I spoke with **** ****** and emailed him the information that I needed. Mr. ****** sent me a email back that was ver unprofessional and rude, I replied to his email because I was suprised that someone would do something like that. At that point i recieved another email from him. I contacted the owner of the company to complain, he (****) ask that I forward him the emails from Mr. ******, i also expressed to **** that I wanted to emails from ****** to stop. I thought at that point this would come to an end, but I recieved another email from ******, which I forward to **** and followed up the a telephone call. The call center reps keep giving me the run around and would never tranfer the call to **** or they would be me on hold and never come back to the phone. Yes, I could block the company email, but the issue with me is I
Desired Settlement: **** ****** should be held accountable for his actions. As the owner of an business I would be outraged that one of my employees would continue to send harrassing email to someone looking to do business with my company.
Business Response: The customer asked us to send a parts only quote. This is never done in the industry. The customer was not interested in our services, and upon further discussion they revealed that by law they needed our quote for legal purposes only. They had already decided on a vendor and just needed a quote from us to satisfy this requirement. Quotes are a complicated process in our industry and require a substantial time committment. I politely refused to provide this quote, and ****** kept pressuring me for a 'quote'. I also politely let her know that we buy our parts from the same place they would be purchasing them, and directed her to the **** website, that we were using the create the parts quote. She kept stating she needed an 'official quote' from us. Once again I politely refused because we did not want to commit to a customer that we knew already already chose another vendor. We politely asked to withdraw from the conversion and did not with to do business with ms *****.
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved

Complaint: I had this outfit come out to our Church to repair an issue with my laptop and printer. When **** arrived he started working on the issue and i told him that i had another appt at 12pm. **** starts to diagnose the issue and determines that someone has reset our router. Easy enough fix I had him reload the software and gave him the password and he stated that the wireless card from my laptop was bad. **** then stated that I could get a wireless usb to utuilize in my laptop and I agreed to run to staples and get the device. after 20 minutes I returned to the Church and watched **** disconnect some wires from the desktop and connect them to the laptop. **** set up the hardware and the internet was working fine. I tried to print from my desktop that was working fine and he told me that everything was fine but being pressed for time I told him that I had a meeting to attend at 12pm. I didnt have time to check because i had to meet with my clients. On Friday, (7/1/11) I tried to print and could not so I called ******* **** at 9:30am about my issue. Mr. **** told me that he could have who told me that he could have someone call me but I noticed that the internet connection from the desktop was not functional. Mr **** gave me a hard time and told me that If I wanted **** to come back out that would cost me an additional charge. I was upset because I told him that everything was working fine and noone touched the room because we didnt have church. After a heted exchange and helping Mr **** to understand the issue, Mr **** kept telling me that it was an easy fix and that he would have a tech call me back. I waited from 9:30 am to 115 and no one called I left and he called and i told him we are not paying because he did not complete the job.
Desired Settlement: I have already contacted the gek squad and want nothing else to do with All IT. They screwed this up and should fott the bill. i still cannot print.
Business Response: We were contracted by Mr. ** ****** ******* to repair a wireless issue with his computer. Upon arriving, we discovered that Mr. ****** did not know the password to his router, which was required to complete the repair. Additionally, the wireless card on the laptop was bad. A new card was obtained and internet connectivity was restored. Mr. ****** was rushing to go to another appointment and did not allow to finish the job setting up the printer. Several hours later, Mr. ****** informed us that the printing functionality was not working. We offered to perform a warranty repair at no additional charge, however Mr. ****** avoided our phone calls during the designated time and refused further service. It is our determination that we made a best effort to resolve Mr. ******’s problem and would have completed the job successfully had he allowed us to continue working or to finish the job during the mutually agreed-upon time. We have a standing offer to resolve the issue at no charge per our 30-day warranty terms that Mr. ****** agreed to by signing our terms of service.
BBB's Final Determination: After reviewing the position of all parties, BBB determined that the business made a reasonable effort to address the complaint. However the consumer remains dissatisfied.
