Complaint: CS&M Tele-Systems website misrepresented a product in which I purchased. When I received the item, it was not what I had purchased. I have sent multiple emails with no response. This product cost me ~$400. I would like to return the product. I tried to call the phone number for the business and the phone rings and rings. There is no voicemail and no one answers the phone.

Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to return the item and receive a refund for the falsely advertised project.

Business Response: To all and whom it may concern, In regards to the complaint filed by Ms. ****** ******* there was a  problem with this customer’s order where the manufacturer changed the style of the item and the picture on the website did not reflect the newly styled unit and the customer did not want this new style unit.   We gladly refunded this customer the full purchase price as well as shipping and send a call tag (also no charge) for return of the unwanted item.  The customer was difficult to get in contact via phone or email  and we even received an email with her appreciation for trying to get in touch with her.  Unfortunately she filed a complaint (The first in our company’s history) before we could satisfy her needs.  The following is the email that was sent to her the day of the complaint. Dear ****** *, Thank you for your patience.  My secretary had informed me she had been trying regularly to get in touch with you without luck.  Please be aware that I have refunded your purchase for the full price, shipping included.  If you would be so kind, please return the item in the packaging you received it in or similarly packed to prevent damage.  You will be receiving an email (to the email you ordered with) from *** with a call tag to ship the item back to us.  This will incur no cost to you. Thank you again and please accept my apology for the mixup.  Manufacturers change models in the electronics world quickly and sometimes the pictures do not match what the new style looks like.  The manufacturer assures me that this model does everything the old one did, the only difference being they upgraded the look of the unit. If there is anything I can do to help please don’t hesitate to call or email. We take customer service very seriously as our 30 years in business without a complain can attest to.  I hope this satisfactorily explains the situation. Best regards,***** ******* ********** ************* ******* **** ************* ** *********** **************** **************************
