3/19/2014 We ordered XO T1 services. The service was installed a few days before the formal activation date:March 11th. We tested the speed next day and it was very un-stable. We contacted their customer service, we were asked to contact their tech support and open tickets. After they did a spot check and declared that their service was fine. However the un-stability of their service persisted. We formally asked to cancel the service before the formal activation date march 11th. We got on the phone with their customer service manager **** *****. He refused to acknowledge the issue and stopped responding to our subsequent emails regarding this situation. I asked him to give us a quote for upgrading to acceptable higher speed and he has not gotten back to us since. Not taking our calls and not respond to our emails. Currently we are in a limbo. Their service is not good enough to support our business and they refused our request to cancel.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

9/13/2013 We have been with out long distance for 3 days and XO informed us before hand that there would be NO interruption. we have called for 3 days now. Today their own employee in customer service advised us to get another carrier... I think I will take his advice. Years ago they were good now they are horrible... we were a long time customer.
