Rainbow Kids Learning Center Inc. specializes in an early literacy program, from children ages 4 weeks through 9 years of age. We use a preschool and center based curriculum. Our methods are exemplified in the activities we do with the children.  Each weeks activities are: Art, Science, Movement, Music, Out Door Play, as well as sense related activities (smell, sight, feel).  Rainbow Kids Learning Center Inc, also has before and after school care, as well as a private kindergarten program.  And during the summer we have a Summer Fun Program for all ages.

Complaint: My son has been in care since September 2012. Prices were extremely unreasonable, but only facility with opening, and I liked the teachers in his room. Since then my son has had 3 teachers with no notification. Also when one of the Assistant Teachers was on her last day knowing I was unhappy with the inconsistancy of care and srrvices she pulled me aside and told me she had for her last two weeks she was there was pulled from my sons room, and was directed by management to be in my sons classroom when I was dropping and picking him up so I wouldn't complain again about the constant change over of staffing. Which I believe is fraudulent. So I found a new center for my son and gave them a two week notice which they told me it wasn't a full two week notice and that I would have to pay for a week he was not in there care. This person is the Assistant Director ******** who I had words with by how she spoke to me in the past. So I explained I was giving a 2 week notice and I would not be paying the extra week, so she then replied with we'll see you in court. This infuriated me and I bece beligerent and said she was one of the biggest reasons I was taking my son out of their care. She then called me after I left and said because I made a seen, even though I did not initiate it that my son was terminated from the program. I have been extremely unhappy with the program and with the constant staff departure they show they are not a good place to stay and work for. I do not believe they should be able to be accredited or listed as a bbb buisness.

Business Response: She did not follow the rules. The contract which she signed states you have to give 2 weeks, she gave 2 days. She got really inappropriate and swearing in front of young children. It was a bad experience. She did call back later and apologize for her behavior
