Truly terrible company. My wife and I had a sales associate come and measure our new home for carpets. we decided on one and the price was settled at $5300 with installation to occur the following Saturday (8/17).
During the week I never received any phone calls about the installation. The sales associate did call me on friday to see how everything was going (forgetting the installation was actually Saturday.
On Saturday morning at 10:00 I decided to call to check on my installation time as I had a bad feeling. Sure enough, I was not scheduled for installation. Apparently they called to confirm adn when they could not reach usthe cancelled our install. However, they called the wrong number. They call area code 509 instead of 508. This company is in Stoughton, MA which is no more than 3-4 towns away from where I live. I believe it should have been plainly obvious that when they called and the number was disconnected that they needed to check their number. My number was clearly printed correctly on my copy of the estimate i received. I also initially contacted them by using their online form.
I have emptied the majority of my house of furniture, pets and children in anticipation of the install.
When i called demanding resolution they offered me a $100 credit. Did I mention my order was $5300 + sales tax. this was hardly a resolution that was worth mentioning. I will never use this company again. I will also tell everyone I know to never contact this company. They should be embarrassed at how they handled my account and I would gladly love to see a company like this out of business in MA.
If my business was truly important (which i'm sure it was not), they would not have called a disconnected number once and then wait for me to call them in anger.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.
