Complaint: ALTHOUGH MY CONSULTANT WAS MARVELOUS AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, REQUESTING REFUND HAS NOT BEEN AN EASY OR POSSIBLE TASK. I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR FOUR BRIDESMAID DRESSES INSTEAD OF THREE. THE FOURTH BRIDESMAID PAYED FOR HER OWN DRESS. I SUBMITTED RECEIPTS FROM ALL PARTY MEMBERS INVOLVED SHOWING THE ERROR AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. EACH TIME I CALLED OR SHOWED UP TO THE BOUTIQUE FOR FITTINGS, I WAS GIVEN EXCUSES FROM "THE BOOKKEEPER NEEDS TO GET ALL OF THE INFORMATION, ETC., YOU WILL GET A CALL BACK....)" I WAS TOLD THE PAPERWORK WAS SUBMITTED. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A GENERAL MANAGER REGARDING THE REFUND, BUT WAS REDIRECTED TO THE CONSULTANT, FROM WHOM I PURCHASED MY WEDDING AND BRIDESMAID DRESSES.
Desired Settlement: AS MY RECEIPTS HAVE INDICATED, A REFUND OF $188.81. I SUBMITTED A PDF CONTAINING 5 PAGES. 1. 1ST BRIDESMAID RECEIPT 2. 2ND BRIDESMAID RECEIPT 3. 3RD BRIDESMAID (MAID-OF-HONOR) RECEIPT 4. BANK STATEMENT 5. 4TH BRIDESMAID SEPARATE RECEIPT (SHOWING SHE PAID FOR HER OWN DRESS)THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
Business Response: Hi:****** did notify us of the mistake in May and it was put on our bookkeepers desk, but she did overlook this. We do apologize for the oversight. We have contacted ****** to refund her the money of one of the dresses.We will be doing that via Credit card or we can also do a check.
