Once an order has been placed, and a form of payment has been accepted, your order will be processed with no other changes or modifications allowed. If you decide to cancel an order, or dispute payment of an order, you will be subject to a 20% service charge. If any paid order is refused at the time of service by the customer for any reason (other than if approved by Madaket Marine), the customer will be responsible for a 20% re-stocking and handling charge. Madaket Marine has the right to charge your credit card for the appropriate charges.
