7/11/2015 *** ******** holds the ***** I had on my home in California. I recently moved home to ****. I solf me home in *********** **** ** ******* did an outstanding job at closing all proceedings on the primary home loan. *** ******** on the hand, did not. They held the money from my buyer for a pay-off amount that was more than what the pay-off was. Now, a month later, they still have not paid off the ***** and I am certain, will try and charge me late fees for not making this months payment, even though they have more than the required moneys to process the pay-off. Unsavory and unprofessional business practices.

3/19/2015 I received a Letter from your Mortgage Loan Processors office. This letter arrived in the mail, not certified or me having any knowledge it was even being sent. My concern is that this department auto generates the form with my full name, current address, and full social security number. This information is very sensitive and should NOT be in a mailing letter! Your department needs to change their auto generating letters/forms to protect their clients personal information. When addressing the Loan Processor on the letter, she said it was out of her control as it was auto generated. She should report this concern with her superiors to have this sensitive information, so it may not be mailed out. Not just disregard the compliant.

2/1/2014 Car payment. I made a payment though my e pay with *** bank to RBS Citizens. When I received my February bill, RBS Citizens stated that I owed for December 13, 2013. I paid $326. 01/27/2014 I called "customer service" I spoke to "***" she said that *** (my bank) reversed the payment and that I would need to contact them and fax in my bank statement. I contacted *** and they showed that no payment in the amount of $326 was reversed. 01/28/2014 Morning, I faxed RBS Citizens my *** statement showing the payment was sent to RBS and never returned. That afternoon I called to confirm that the fax was received and spoke to "********** she claimed that she shows no fax and that "***" was out sick I will have to wait till she comes back. I said that I wasn't waiting and that the fax should be scanned and on my account where every rep can see what is going on. She said that she will look for it on her "supervisors desk" she said that "******" has the fax. I spoke to "******" and she stated that she will send to research and that should take 24 to 48 hours to get resolved and she will personally call me back. I said that I didn't want a delinquent mark on my credit report she said "what does it matter you already have one". I waited till Thursday to receive a call from "******" and I called 01/30/2014 @ 8:15 eastern time and spoke to "*****" he said that he doesn't know what is going on with the account that he will email "******" tomorrow to have her call me. I never received a phone call. I called 02/01/2014 and spoke to a woman who said that I wasn't an account holder and that she couldn't give me any information. I told her that I was on the account and was a co-signer. She finally found my account and stated that "the notes are hard to follow and need to get my manager" She got back on the line asked if I had any other accounts with RBS I said no I have one my car loan where my payment should have been posted. She said it looks like "from the notes" that your payment was posted to another account. I said well why isn't it posted correctly into my account. She was confused and put her supervisor on "*****" who was giving my the run around and said that again he will have "******" give me a call back and that she was out sick. I said that I am sick of them not knowing what is going on and that I don't want to keep getting passed to customer reps. He was no help and just as rude. I was irate because the customer service was not helping and no one has no idea what is going on. Seems that every rep is always calling out sick.
