3/19/2014 I used to go here for their fruit tarts. They were delicious but they have started to go downhill. The main reason that I am writing this review is the dissatisfaction of their service and attitude towards the issue they have caused me. I looked up their menu online and ordered pizza and a side a meatballs over the phone. I wen to pick it and paid and I usually don't check the receipt when I'm in the store. While doing some mental math in the car, it seemed more expensive than what I have expected. It appears that the adding a topping increased by 0.39 and the side of meatballs was and extra 4.45 compared to the menu in store and online. When I brought it up to the cashier, she said that she can't do anything because the manager was not in and I was told that I would get a call the next day. Waited. Got not call. Called again and they said that the manager left as she had just came back from vacation. I was told I'll get a call the following day. Nope. Not a single call. They couldn't refund the money because the manager was not there, that is just ridiculous. This is the worse service ever. Plus their meatball was disgusting. I will never go back again and will not recommend any family or friends there because the price that they display in store and online is not the price they charge
