10/8/2013 The customer service department at this business is deplorable. Despite ordering thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from this company, the customer service department could only handle my requests if I followed up numerous times. One of the mattresses ordered arrived damaged and it took several phone calls to finally have a replacement shipped. Several of the items were never delivered and after three weeks, Thanks Mama has still not refunded my credit card. I have followed up three times and requested a return call or email regarding my refund but have yet to hear back from the company. Please, save yourself the hassle and time and run from purchasing items from this company!!!!

This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.
