            Purchased an absolute lemon from Southern. Ended up with more repairs than the cost of the car and less than 3 years after purchasing was told it was no longer worth fixing and to get rid of it right away. Had nothing but problems from the start including it not even starting when I went to pick it up.

We try our best to ensure the vehicles we offer are in the best condition possible but unfortunately we can't always foresee years in advance. If you had contacted us prior to now we would have been happy to provide you options for swapping in to a new vehicle or rectifying any issues you had.  Thanks again for your feedback !

            Regarding Southern's response to my review, I sent an email to **** ******* on 12/26/2019 (only a little over a month after purchase) with the first sign of issues (check engine light on). Sent another email on 12/16/2020 (barely 1 year after purchase) about about multiple repairs needed and significant expense. Sent another email on 7/31/2023 and again never heard back.
