    Date of transaction: 10/5/2023 Amount paid: $1,098 Company was supposed to provide me with a vehicle.Problem: by 10/19/23, the vehicle was still not made available. By 10/14/2023, I approached another vehicle dealership and they provided me with vehicle the same day. So I notified Route 44 Hyundai that i had gotten a vehicle, that they should cancel whatever agreement I had with them. I said I changed my mind about their vehicle.So I requested my money back. And so far they have refused to give me back my money.Does a consumer no longer have a right to change their mind, especially when the dealership takes two weeks to make available a vehicle they promised, and does not bother to communicate with buyer?

    Very unprofessional & rude. ********* (service **************************** *************** needs to be retrained. He has been my service ************ talks to me like I don't know what he is talking about. Furthermore, he lied to me when he said interior of vehicle would be covered while being serviced for the same issue 4 times.I showed up after 5 days unannounced. Saw my vehicle 8n lot unlocked & no floor or seat covering. I went 8n and addressed this to him. He swore up & down their were protection coverings down and caw was locked. Well it wasn't locked & neither were protected coverings. Back & front seatbelts were used& grease stain on rear seat. He went out to look and said they must have already removed covering. I knew he was lying for they didn't call me to say the car was ready & usually protected seats would be still be there. Unbelievable ******** never would say that unless it was 100% true. Now my Hyundai ****** is back for the 5th time for same issue. And now they recommend replacing engine. They should have done that after the 3rd time for same issue. Engine is a fire hazard according to Hyundai web sight. Of course **************** denies that. They name a cartoon character after him. Pinocchio
